Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions, one-time top-ups, and add-ons sold directly by the platform. Mandatory law and payment-channel rules prevail.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or paid entitlements the platform failed to deliver may be refunded to the original payment method.
Used credits
Captured analysis credits and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable. Eligibility and deadlines for unused credits will be shown before paid checkout launches.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops renewal while access continues through the paid period. Any remaining-period refund follows the terms shown at purchase.
Credit reversal
Confirmed refunds or disputes reverse related unused credits. Any shortfall is recorded without creating a negative balance.
How to request
A support address will be published after the production brand and domain are finalized. This remains launch-preparation copy until final regional terms are confirmed.
