Data we process
We process account email, workspace and domain settings, submitted URLs and prompts, public-page crawl content, analysis results, job logs, and order and credit records. Do not submit passwords or card numbers in prompts or tickets.
Why we use it
We use this data to provide analytics and support, secure accounts, resolve faults, account for credits, and meet bookkeeping obligations.
Service providers
During analysis, prompts, target markets, and necessary brand context go to configured AI providers; public pages may be retrieved as evidence. Payment providers handle payments; we do not store full card numbers.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal recordkeeping duties. When a purpose ends or a verified deletion request is received, data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Records that must be kept by law have restricted use and are deleted when that duty ends.
Your rights and contact
After signing in, use a support ticket to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, or to ask a privacy question. We verify identity and handle requests under applicable law. Account deletion may affect access to past reports and services.
